How long will it take for my OPTISOFA to be delivered?

Most of our premium seating is handcrafted to order. Standard delivery typically takes 4–6 weeks, which includes production time and specialized white-glove furniture shipping to ensure your sofa arrives in perfect condition.

Do you offer fabric samples before I make a purchase?

Yes, we understand that color and texture are vital for your home. You can order a complimentary swatch kit containing up to five fabric or leather samples to help you make the right choice.

What is your return policy for furniture?

We offer a 30-day 'Home Comfort Trial.' If you are not completely satisfied with your sofa, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the item must be in its original condition.

Does OPTISOFA provide a warranty on its products?

Every OPTISOFA piece comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the internal frame and a 2-year warranty on upholstery and cushion integrity against manufacturing defects.
